IT Manager

We are looking for an established IT Manager for an established and rapidly growing digital business. You will be responsible for the stability, security and performance of its core IT infrastructure.Reporting to the Technology Director, this role will lead the management and continuous improvement of the organisation''s office IT environment, including Servers, networks, infrastructure and end-user systems.This is a hands-on leadership role in a security-conscious, high-value operational environment where reliability, operational discipline and strong technical governance are essential.You will also manage a Systems Administrator, providing technical oversight, guidance and professional development while ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day IT services.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the company''s IT infrastructure, including Servers, networks, office systems and end-user technologyEnsure the availability, performance and reliability of all core systems and servicesProvide line management and technical leadership to the Systems AdministratorManage and maintain office infrastructure, including Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi, CCTV and VoIP systemsOversee monitoring, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity processesManage the end-user hardware life cycle, including laptop procurement, MDM provisioning and secure on boarding/off boardingSupport business-critical systems in collaboration with Technology, Finance and Operations teamsDeliver infrastructure upgrades, ..... full job details .....
