Head of IT Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire (Hybrid - 4 days on-site, 1 day WFH) Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 + Benefits About Us A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of IT / IT Manager to join a well-established multi-site retail business and take ownership of its day-to-day technology function. Reporting directly to the IT Director, you''ll lead a small internal team, manage key technology suppliers and play a pivotal role in supporting stores, head office and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on leadership role with genuine autonomy and influence across the business. The Role Lead and develop the IT team. Manage day-to-day IT operations and service delivery. Support and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Oversee infrastructure, networks, security and business-critical applications. Manage third-party suppliers and technology partners. Drive continuous improvement across IT systems and processes. Support stores, head office and operational stakeholders. Contribute to the wider technology roadmap and future initiatives. What We''re Looking For Previous experience as a Head of IT, IT Manager, IT Operations Manager or similar. Experience within retail, hospitality, leisure, distribution or another multi-site environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NAV or similar ERP platforms.
