This role is focused on IT strategy, ERP implementation, and digital transformation - not day-to-day IT support, which is handled externally.

You will play a pivotal role in leading the selection and delivery of a new ERP system across the business, driving process improvements, scalability, and user adoption. Alongside ERP ownership, you will oversee IT strategy, cybersecurity, vendor management, and system reliability to support a growing multi-site organisation.

This role would suit an experienced IT Manager, ERP Project Manager, or similar, with demonstrable experience leading ERP implementations and managing outsourced IT providers, now looking for a position with autonomy, influence, and career development.

The Role

Lead full end-to-end ERP implementation across the business

Align IT strategy with business objectives and growth plans

Manage external IT providers and technology vendors

The Person

Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

Experience managing outsourced IT services and vendor contracts

Excellent stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and decision-making skills
