You''ll be the go-to person for escalated support issues, system improvements, and infrastructure projects-helping to create a reliable, secure, and modern learning environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide IT and Network support for on-site and remote users across the school networkMaintain and troubleshoot Windows Server, AD, and Office 365 / Azure environmentsAssist with infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and proactive system improvementsSupport classroom technology, network switches, and backup solutionsMaintain accurate documentation and ensure systems meet compliance and safety standardsWork collaboratively with teaching and administrative staff to deliver outstanding IT serviceRequirements:Experience in a school or education IT environmentStrong technical skills with Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, and cloud servicesSolid understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VLANs)Excellent communication skills and a friendly, solutions-focused approachAbility to manage workload ..... full job details .....
