Ideally onsite with some travel to Leeds/Doncaster but Hybrid options are available

Responsibilities

Lead projects and own warehouse technology and infrastructure for a major e-commerce brand.

Make key technical decisions that impact a company with £100m+ revenue and ambitious growth plans.

Collaborate with operations, logistics, and technology/transformation teams to optimize technology and support business goals.

Oversee a small warehouse systems support team and drive best practices in security and compliance.

Contribute ideas and insights to help solve significant business challenges.

Core Skills Required

Manage and support warehouse infrastructure (network equipment, wireless systems, handheld devices, scanners, printers, etc.).

Maintain and troubleshoot the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Supervise and develop a small warehouse team of systems support staff.

Implement best practice security and compliance.

Experience in ecommerce or B2C is helpful but not essential.
