      <description>Location: Ipswich | Salary: 55000.00-55000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Agilis Search is partnering with a true people-first business in Ipswich who are looking for an IT Manager to join them on a permanent basis to lead and develop a small team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong technical background, proven people management skills and experience operating in a structured environment. As IT Manager in this values-led organisation, will lead the day-to-day support and enhancement of core technology systems, act as an escalation point for complex issues, work closely with suppliers and stakeholders, and help drive change and improvement across entire business.
