OverviewIT Infrastructure Technician

– Salary: £40,000-45,000 (DOE). Location: Hull - Onsite working. Applicants must hold a current, valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

Support and develop core Microsoft Server and Cloud Solutions, whilst managing VMware.

Support all core networking technologies (Firewall, Core Switching and WiFi).

Create detailed documentation of processes and procedures, supporting BAU and Project based activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a 2nd/3rd line role, supporting 1000+ users with Microsoft Server solutions.

Strong experience working with Microsoft products and hands-on experience with Azure, M365 E5 stack and AD.

Understanding and exposure of Firewall Technology and Layer 3 networking whilst adhering to Cyber best practice standards, would be advantageous.
