The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server administration, virtualization technologies, and network management as well as excellent experience using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot. Day-to-day of the role:Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.Install and configure new hardware and software.Analyse system logs and identify potential issues with computer systems.Escalate complex queries to the Senior Infrastructure Team Leader.Introduce and integrate new technologies into existing data centre environments.Perform routine audits of systems and software.Manage backups and restores as required.Address technical queries and assist users.Document the configuration of the computing and networking infrastructure.Troubleshoot reported problems.Tune system and network performance to ensure optimal infrastructure operation.Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers to aid in problem determination.Required Skills andamp; Qualifications:Experience in ..... full job details .....
