They are now looking to appoint an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to join their collaborative IT team, supporting both office and operational environments across their Midlands locations. The Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional with a strong support background and exposure to infrastructure technologies. You will play a key role in supporting business-critical systems, maintaining IT infrastructure and ensuring technology services remain available, secure and reliable across multiple sites. The successful candidate will combine strong user support skills with hands-on experience of Microsoft technologies, networking, backups and server administration. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line support to over 600 users across multiple sites. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking and telephony issues.
