This contract role will support the existing IT team during a period of increased workload, providing hands-on user support while assisting with the maintenance and administration of local IT infrastructure.The successful candidate will work closely with local and global IT teams? and development teams to ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations and a high level of service for users.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site IT support to studio users, resolving hardware, software and infrastructure-related issues.Respond to and manage IT support requests through the helpdesk function.Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to desktops, laptops, peripherals, software applications and user access.Support user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup, equipment provisioning and access management.Install, configure and maintain hardware and software across the studio environment.Maintain accurate IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures and support records.Manage IT assets, inventory tracking and equipment lifecycle processes.Assist with the coordination and maintenance of local studio IT infrastructure.Support server room ..... full job details .....
