As part of this journey, they''re looking for someone who can bring both operational excellence and forward-thinking leadership to their infrastructure function.Operating within a security-first environment, the Infrastructure Manager ensures that all technology environments are stable, scalable and aligned with enterprise architectural standards and recognised security frameworks, including ISO27001, NIST and Cyber Essentials Plus.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure and OperationsOwn and manage the Head Office and Hosted Business IT infrastructure estate (on-premise, cloud, and hybrid).Oversee server, network, storage, virtualisation, and core platform environments.Oversee cloud infrastructure and platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Software-as-a-Service environments.Ensure effective monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning.Security, Resilience ..... full job details .....
