TechXperts Recruitment UK are working with a well-established business looking to appoint an IT Infrastructure Manager to take ownership of their infrastructure and technical services across multiple sites. Reporting to the Head of IT, you''ll lead and mentor a small team of IT Technicians whilst remaining hands-on when needed. You''ll take ownership of the day-to-day infrastructure, security and resilience of the business, alongside helping shape future projects and the wider infrastructure roadmap. They need someone technically strong who enjoys getting stuck in, solving complex problems and setting the standard for what good looks like. Key Technology and Experience Microsoft 365 Multi-site networking Servers and virtualisation Firewalls and cybersecurity Backup and disaster recovery Infrastructure monitoring and security Previous experience leading or mentoring technical team members Strong hands-on infrastructure / network experience What''s in it for you?
