IT Infrastructure Engineer

Our client is a well established company in its field are currently recruiting anInfrastructure IT EngineerPermanent full time office based Monday to FridayDesign, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, and storage solutions.Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.Implement and manage security measures to protect data and systems.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.Collaborate with other IT team members to support various projects and initiatives.Maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or a similar role.Strong knowledge of network protocols, server hardware, and virtualisation technologies.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments.Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation a benefit.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
