Interim IT Infrastructure and Operations ManagerSouth West London (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite)£550 per day Umbrella6 Month Rolling ContractSalt Recruitment is working with a South West London Local Authority to recruit an experienced Interim IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager to lead the delivery and support of critical IT infrastructure and operational services.This is a hands on leadership role requiring an experienced manager who can oversee technical teams, maintain service stability and drive continuous improvement across infrastructure, cloud and end user services.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a multidisciplinary IT Operations team covering infrastructure, networks, end user computing and telephony services.Ensure the availability, performance and security of critical IT services.Manage and support cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.Oversee infrastructure technologies including Windows 11, firewalls, DNS, networking and Microsoft Teams telephony.Drive service improvements and implement operational best practice.Monitor service performance and ensure effective incident and problem management.Work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to support business objectives.Manage third party suppliers and service providers.Ensure compliance with security, governance and operational standards.Essential ExperienceProven experience managing IT Infrastructure and Operations teams.Strong technical background across cloud, networking and end user ..... full job details .....
