Location: Wiltshire Contract: Long-Term ContractStart: ASAP We''re looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Alert and ITIL Event Manager to support a critical secure customer environment. Working closely with both customer stakeholders and technical teams, you will play a key role in monitoring infrastructure, managing events and incidents, and ensuring service continuity across operational networks. Key Responsibilities Monitor live IT infrastructure and manage alerts, events and incidents. Raise, investigate and escalate incidents to relevant resolver groups. Configure and optimise event monitoring and alerting solutions. Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards. Support continuous improvement of event management processes and best practices. Work closely with customer stakeholders, service teams and operations staff. Essential Skills Strong ITIL Event Management and Incident Management experience. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as: SolarWinds (NPM, SAM, NTA, VMAN) BMC TrueSight / Discovery SCOM Riverbed NetIM WhatsUp Gold Tanium Tripwire Experience within NOC, Service Operations or Infrastructure Monitoring environments.
