About the Role
Network IT seeks IT Information Managers for its Halesowen site on a permanent, full-time basis, Monday to Friday. This on-site role requires a hands-on professional with essential ERP support experience, ideally using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The position involves taking ownership of the IT environment, serving as the primary contact for ERP users, overseeing system improvements, and ensuring the wider technology landscape functions effectively. Candidates should be visible, approachable team members comfortable with 1st to 3rd line support. The salary is £45,000 to £50,000 per annum.
We’re looking for a hands-on IT Manager with strong ERP support experience to join a growing organisation and take ownership of its IT environment. This role suits someone who enjoys being close to the business, supporting users day-to-day, and making sure core systems especially ERP, run smoothly.
ERP support experience is essential, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You’ll be the main point of contact for ERP users, oversee ongoing improvements, and ensure the wider IT landscape works effectively around it.
This is a fully on-site role, Monday to Friday, and would suit someone who enjoys being visible, approachable, and part of the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting and improving the company’s ERP system (Business Central preferred)
- Providing 1st to 3rd line IT support across the business
- Acting as the internal IT lead while managing a third-party MSP partner
- Owning the relationship with the MSP, ensuring service levels, priorities, and escalations are handled effectively
- Managing Office 365, infrastructure, networking, and system integrations
- Working closely with users to resolve issues and improve how systems are used
- Making sure IT systems are secure, reliable, and fit for the business
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience as a hands-on IT Manager
- Strong, practical ERP support experience (Business Central highly desirable)
- Experience working with and managing an MSP or external IT partner
- Comfortable delivering hands-on technical support at all levels
- Happy working fully on-site and engaging with non-technical users
- A friendly, proactive problem-solver who enjoys ownership and accountability
Nice to have:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento
