Part-Time IT Induction Trainer role at Pegasus Group in Lichfield. The position offers 2 to 3 days per week (initially favouring Monday and Tuesday, adaptable to suit the successful candidate and business needs).Responsibilities

Deliver dynamic and impactful IT induction training to new starters to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and the development of essential digital skills across the organisation.Support the continuous development of employees'' IT skills.Contribute proactively to digital literacy initiatives, including updating and refining IT guidance documentation and creating concise training videos and tutorials.Qualifications

Proven experience in developing and delivering IT training programs.Experience with Business Central or other ERP systems is desirable.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other common IT applications.Familiarity with e-learning tools and training software.A good understanding of IT systems.Employment details
