This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional looking for a temporary role with the potential to secure a permanent position.Working on-site, you will provide internal IT support across the business, ensuring colleagues receive efficient and effective technical assistance to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities: Providing first-line IT support to internal users across the companyDiagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issuesLogging, monitoring, and updating support ticketsInstalling, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware and softwareSupporting users with system access, passwords, and general IT queriesEscalating more complex technical issues where appropriateMaintaining accurate records and documentationAssisting with ongoing IT projects and system improvements The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience within an IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Technical Support roleStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office applicationsExperience using IT ticketing systemsAn ..... full job details .....
