IT Helpdesk Support Technician - Leeds - New! (REFGJ35)A trusted Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting businesses and charities across the North is looking for a customer-focused IT Helpdesk Technician to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
Act as the first line of support for a wide range of technical issues
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Active Directory
Resolve tickets via phone, email, and remote tools
Occasionally support on-site visits and assist with infrastructure projects
Maintain documentation and contribute to proactive maintenance
Key Technologies and Skills
Previous 1st or 2nd line support experience
Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, SharePoint (essential), and AD
Confident communicator who can translate tech into plain English
Experience with remote support/ticketing systems
Bonus: networking basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), MSP background, certifications
