I''m recruiting for an onsite IT Helpdesk Support role within the education sector in Nuneaton on a short-term contract with an immediate start.

Rate: -17.00 - -20.00 per hour

Requirements:

• Previous IT Helpdesk / 1st Line Support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Office 365
• Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems
• Active Directory experience desirable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Education sector experience preferred
• Valid DBS required
