This role is 5 days a week in the Northampton office and pays up to £50,000, plus up to a 15% bonus. To be considered for this position, you will have a solid IT support background as well as team management experience. Leading a small team of 1 st and 2 nd line Helpdesk Support Analysts, you will be both hands-on with resolving tickets and managing the team.
