IT Helpdesk Manager / IT Manager
This is a newly created position for an experienced IT Manager to lead a small but busy IT helpdesk team. This role is 5 days a week in the Northampton office and pays up to £50,000, plus up to a 15% bonus. To be considered for this position, you will have a solid IT support background as well as team management experience. Leading a small team of 1 st and 2 nd line Helpdesk Support Analysts, you will be both hands-on with resolving tickets and managing the team. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences: Windows 11, Office 365, Intune and Azure AD Ticket management and escalation Team management, training and mentoring, 121''s and KPI''s Best Practice policies, documentation standards and SLA''s 3 rd line escalations around infrastructure support, improvements and maintenance My client is a leading financial services firm going through continued growth and expansion. They are investing heavily in their IT and using technology to push the business forward. Based on the outskirts of Northampton, this role is 5 days a week in the office.
