Key Responsibilities: Support the successful delivery of the Oracle Fusion HCM Project through liaison with SI Partners, OCS, Business SMEs and IT colleagues through the build, test and cut over phases. Take particular ownership for the gathering, specifying and functional delivery of reporting requirements and Data Migration requirements Provide gap analyses of as-is and to-be reporting for HCM and how to address these gaps Provide expertise and support for the data cleansing, data preparation, data mapping and reconciliation for data migration from non-EBS systems or data sources Identify risks, issues, and dependencies of the HCM Reporting Workstream and Data Migration Workstream, mitigate, and manage these as required.
