You will take ownership of the full hardware lifecycle-from procurement and deployment to refresh and e-waste-for assets including PCs, iPhones, and iPads. The primary focus of this role is maintaining a highly accurate ServiceNow CMDB and ensuring data integrity across various platforms. Key Responsibilities Full Lifecycle Management: Manage hardware from procurement tracking and receiving to tagging, deployment, refresh cycles, and certified e-waste disposal.
