You will take ownership of the full hardware lifecycle-from procurement and deployment to refresh and e-waste-for assets including PCs, iPhones, and iPads. The primary focus of this role is maintaining a highly accurate ServiceNow CMDB and ensuring data integrity across various platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes. Reconcile asset data between the ServiceNow CMDB and Flexera . Track hardware procurement, including purchase data, warranties, and contract terms. Investigate discrepancies in asset data and support audit readiness.
