We are currently recruiting for a Temporary IT Helpdesk !st Line support professional to join an established business around the Harefield / Northwood area The CompanyCollaborative, progressive thinking and an employer of choiceThe Role IT Helpdesk - 1st Line Support Providing 1st line IT support to end usersLogging and resolving helpdesk ticketsSetting up laptops, desktops, and user accountsEscalating complex issues to senior IT teamsAssisting with password resets and access requestsDelivering excellent customer service and user supportMaintaining accurate records of issues and resolutionsDeal with calls and emails from end usersKey Requirements Previous 1st Line IT Helpdesk or Service Desk experienceBe available immediately to take on a temporary opportunityBe able to commute close to the Harefield/ Northwood area (preferably car driver to get to this location)Good customer service skills written / verbalGood knowledge of MS Office If you haven''t heard within 5 working days unfortunately your application hasn''t been successful on this ..... full job details .....
