IT Field Support Engineer

IT Field Engineer / Support Consultant - Based from home and covering areas across Surrey and South London - Permanent role and paying up to £38,600 inclusive of car allowance - Reputable qand award winning MSP An award winning IT service provider is looking for an IT Field Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will manage their time to provide regular onsite IT support to a range of clients and will cover multiple customer sites across Central London, South West London and Surrey. Duties will include: - Attending planned onsite client visitis - Providing 1st and 2nd line desktop support - Escalate any calls to 3rd line teams - Machine set ups - Support and manage customer issues To be considered for this position you will have need to have the following; - Previous experience in IT Helpdesk, Service Desk or Desktop support - Ability to drive to customer sites in the Surrey/London regions - Good knowledge of core Microsoft technologies including; - Windows OS and Office 365 - Exchange, SharePoint and MS Teams - Active Directory and Windows Server - PC hardware setups ..... full job details .....
