IT Field Service Team Lead The IT Field Service Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management of a regional team of Field Engineers, located in the South East/South coast of England. Providing support and ensuring adherence to company processes, procedures and contractual obligations, while maintaining a high level of customer service. The Team Leader for Field Services Engineering will also be required to diagnose and repair technical issues on a variety of IT equipment and provide hardware and software support on projects and installations. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Experience of managing teams in an IT external Delivery Framework with the ability to lead and direct others.
