FTC - Till March 2027 Bonus - 2k on completion of role Are you an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, Field Service Engineer or Deployment Engineer looking for a role where your technical skills have a real impact? Industrious Recruitment are seeking a Field Service Deployment Engineer, providing specialist technical support for the deployment, upgrade and maintenance of IT systems supporting healthcare diagnostic equipment across customer sites. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you''ll work directly with customers and internal technical teams to deliver technology upgrades and infrastructure projects, helping to keep critical laboratory systems running efficiently and securely. What You''ll Be Doing You''ll be responsible for a range of technical deployment and support activities across our installed equipment base, including: Carrying out Windows upgrades, security patching and system updates Reimaging and configuring PCs and IT systems Installing, replacing and commissioning PC hardware and peripherals Installing and configuring software and applications Carrying out data backup, migration and restoration Troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues Supporting network connectivity and resolving basic IP/networking issues Validating systems following upgrades and installations Working alongside Field Service Engineers, Technical Support and Product Management Liaising directly with customers to ensure deployments are completed smoothly and ..... full job details .....
