This is a field-based role, requiring regular travel to various locations to provide onsite IT support, deployments, and break-fix services.The successful Field Engineer will have solid previous experience in IT Support within a Microsoft environment and will be committed to delivering excellent customer service. You must be comfortable travelling between sites and have previous experience working in a Field Engineer or mobile IT support role.The role:This role will involve travelling to multiple customer sites to provide onsite IT support, carrying out hardware deployments, installations, break-fix activities, and resolving 1st line technical issues.
