This is a fast-paced and varied position where the successful candidate will be embedded within schools, acting as the on-site IT Technician.The role involves visiting multiple school sites throughout the week, delivering both scheduled and reactive support. Flexibility is essential, as priorities may change at short notice to meet business and client needs.This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and gaining exposure to a wide range of IT environments.Key responsibilities: Customer SupportAttend school sites to provide on-site IT supportAct as the primary IT Technician for assigned schoolsTroubleshoot and resolve issues raised both on-site and via support systemsContribute to project or support work when not engaged on-siteCustomer SatisfactionTake ownership of support issues from allocation through to resolutionMaintain clear and regular communication with customersEnsure all work is completed to a high standard or provide clear next stepsDocumentation and ProcessesMaintain accurate and up-to-date ..... full job details .....
