The role is highly hands-on and will involve conducting technical site surveys, completing pre-site documentation, installing and terminating structured cabling, testing systems, and ensuring projects are completed to a high standard and fully signed off by the client. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in live retail environments , often outside normal trading hours, with overnight stays and travel required. JOB RESPOSIBILITIES IT & Cabling Installation Install structured cabling systems across retail, commercial and office environments. Install containment systems, including wire basket tray, underfloor steel conduit and associated containment . Pull, route and terminate copper cabling, including Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6a U/FTP . Install and terminate fibre optic backbone systems, including OM4 and OS2 , with fibre splicing where required. Install outlets, patch panels, cabinets and associated network infrastructure. Mount and patch network hardware and auxiliary equipment.... Contract
