Field Service IT Technician FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE AND CAR ESSENTIAL Are you a hands-on IT professional with strong hardware expertise and experience supporting HP equipment? We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field Service IT Technician to cover Reading, Basingstoke and surrounding locations down to Bristol. This is a varied, hands-on role providing both on-site and remote technical support within a managed service environment. We need candidates with strong experience working with HP laptops, desktops and associated hardware, and ideally someone who has completed HP technical training or holds relevant HP certifications/accreditations. The Role As a Field Service IT Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a range of IT equipment, including HP laptops, desktops, RPOS systems and associated hardware and peripherals. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, replace and upgrade components, install and configure operating systems, and ensure devices are operating reliably and at peak performance. Working directly with users, you will provide professional technical support while offering practical guidance on device care, maintenance and IT best practices. Technical Skills and Experience The successful candidate should have a strong technical background in PC and laptop hardware, with particular emphasis on HP equipment.
