Due to continued growth, they are looking for an IT Field Engineer to join their technical team, providing a mix of on-site customer support, project delivery and remote technical assistance across a diverse client portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with a broad range of technologies while developing their infrastructure and cloud expertise within a fast-paced MSP environment. The Role You''ll be responsible for delivering technical support both on-site and remotely, helping customers maintain secure, reliable and high-performing IT environments. The role combines field engineering, project work and service desk support, offering exposure to a wide range of technologies and customer environments. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting across customer locations Support infrastructure deployments, upgrades and technology migrations Assist with project delivery, including new site installations and office moves Deliver 1st and 2nd line technical support across server, network and desktop environments Support Microsoft 365 and Azure-based solutions Troubleshoot networking, connectivity and security-related issues ..... full job details .....
