IT Analyst / IT Engineer / Stoke on Trent office / Field work, nationwide UK

Looking for an experienced, technical, hands on IT Analyst with strong engineering skills who is happy to work in the office and travel across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an amazing client who is growing. You will assist them on their journey by helping with aquisitions, a seamless IT infrastructure, helping with office refits, refurbs so a varied and exciting role. You will have strong IT infrastructure support, networking experience with LAN/WAN, Cisco switches, firewalls and wireless tech.

You will join a small team maintaining and deploying network, hardware, and AV systems across UK offices. This would suit a strong communicator, who likes working in a team collaboratively but also very capable of working independently, who is proactive and like variety.

You’ll be responsible for hardware, the installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment including MFDs, wireless access points, Cisco switches, firewalls, and AV systems. Troubleshooting, optimising network performance, implementing standards, and supporting firewall setups and network segmentation.

This would suit someone who likes variety, a blend of office work in Stoke or being on the road visiting other office.

Your must be able to drive and have your own vehicle. Nationwide travel - Expenses petrol / overnight stays, and meals are all covered by the client.

Driving licence mandatory and live close to the Stoke offices.
