Our client, a growing Managed Services Provider (MSP), is looking to recruit a Field Engineer to support a diverse customer base across Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys a mix of remote support and on-site customer engagement. Initially, the role will be split between 2nd Line Service Desk support and field-based engineering work, with the expectation that the position will become increasingly customer-site focused as the organisation continues to expand its presence across the region. Working as part of a busy MSP support team, you will provide a combination of remote and on-site technical support to customers across Buckinghamshire, including Aylesbury, Thame, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas, with travel to London once per month.
