IT Event Manager (DV Cleared) Corsham (On-Site) £550 per day (Contract to December 2026)We are seeking an experienced IT Event Manager to support a secure, customer-facing operational network within a highly collaborative environment.The RoleYou will take ownership of event monitoring and incident management across live infrastructure, working closely with both internal teams and customer stakeholders.Key responsibilities:Monitor IT infrastructure and manage alerts, events, and incidentsEscalate and coordinate with resolver groups and service desksConfigure and optimise event monitoring tools and dashboardsSupport continuous improvement of event management processes and best practiceContribute to detection, correlation, and response strategiesAbout YouStrong experience in ITIL Event Management / Incident ManagementSME-level knowledge of monitoring tools such as:SolarWinds, SCOM, BMC TrueSight, WhatsUp Gold, Tanium, TripwireComfortable working on-site within secure environmentsCollaborative, proactive, and able to operate with ..... full job details .....
