ERPCutoverExalto Consulting are recruiting on behalf on a global manufacturing organisation for an IT ERP Cutover Manager. The IT ERP Cutover Manager will be responsible for the strategy, planning, coordinating, and executing all activities related to the cutover phase of the ERP implementation. This role ensures a seamless transition from Legacy systems to the new ERP platform, minimising disruptions to business operations.You will be reporting directly to the IT Programme Director and be expected to travel to 4-5 sites across the UK, as and when needed.This is a hybrid role initially, with 2 days a week in the office in Cambridge, and occasional visits to sites across the UK.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Establish clear roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders involved in the cutover process. Develop and manage the cutover strategy, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation. Define detailed cutover plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure a smooth transition and if required update to IT implementation activities. Coordinate across IT, business, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on cutover activities. Lead cutover rehearsals and mock go-live events to validate the readiness of the system, data, and processes. Monitor and track cutover progress, addressing risks and issues proactively.
