You''ll be trusted to investigate issues properly, identify root cause, take ownership and see problems through to resolution.What you''ll be doingResolving escalated 2nd/3rd line technical issuesTaking ownership of complex incidents through to resolutionSupporting and maintaining multiple client environmentsAdministering Microsoft 365, servers, networks and endpointsSupporting Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint and OneDriveManaging Microsoft Intune and endpoint environmentsSupporting Windows Server, Active Directory and Group PolicyTroubleshooting TCP/IP, DNS and DHCPWorking with routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs and VPNsSupporting Hyper-V and/or VMware environmentsMaintaining physical and virtual serversTroubleshooting backup and recovery issuesSupporting infrastructure migrations and improvement projectsAssisting with patching, security remediation and maintenanceWorking with third-party suppliers and technology vendorsMaintaining accurate technical documentationSharing technical knowledge with less experienced engineersWhat we''re looking forYou must have:At least 3 years'' hands-on ..... full job details .....
