IT Engineer

Desktop level engineer, 3 days a week, for 2 months - based on site in Oaklands Office Park, Hooton, Ellesmere Port £200 per day Inside IR35 Duties and Responsibilities IT Support and Supplier Management First point of contact for internal IT queries Work to resolve incidents and service requests Manage service alerts, escalations and ticket queries Liaise with suppliers to resolve business and technical issues Coordinate and follow up on outstanding actions On/Off Boarding Internal oversight of onboarding, offboarding changes Work with HR and hiring managers to track progress and provide updates Ensure accounts, equipment and access requests are completed. Maintain internal IT onboarding tracker Configure additional requirements such as mobile phones, phone numbers and internal systems access Systems Administration Day-to-day administration/health checks where needed for: Microsoft 365 Entra ID Intune Microsoft Defender uSecure User management Gap analysis Phishing simulations Keeper Security User management Risk scores etc Support Vulnerability Management Activities ..... full job details .....
