What You’ll Do

Administering Google Workspace, including email and file sharing.

Managing on-site hardware and communication equipment

Setting up and installing Mac laptops for new and existing team members

Overseeing endpoint management with Jamf

Working with internet providers and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery

Providing day-to-day support for end users, including remote staff

Monitoring and managing the IT support ticket queue

What You’ll Need

Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Jamf, and Mac computers

Strong background in IT Service Desk support

Curiosity or knowledge of the blockchain space is a plus

Willingness to travel to Paris and other locations at least once every two months
