The role focuses on end-user support, hardware deployment, troubleshooting, and supporting operational technology within production and warehouse environments. Key Responsibilities  Deliver on-site IT support for users and devices across multiple sites. Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Diagnose and resolve hardware and connectivity issues. Support industrial and warehouse technology, including scanners, label printers, touchscreens, handheld devices, and workstations. Configure, deploy, replace, and relocate IT equipment. Assist with user onboarding, moves, and leavers processes. Maintain asset records, stock levels, and documentation.
