IT Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer for our client which is a global technology company. You will ensure seamless office IT operations, provide end-user support, and maintain critical infrastructure including networks, servers, and security systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, a customer-centric approach, and collaboration with global IT teams to meet company security and business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions for local offices, encompassing: Provide support for cloud and local server based business critical systems and software including MES and security systems Implement and maintain secure hybrid cloud architectures bridging on-premise and cloud environments Diagnose and resolve complex issues in cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure environments Design and manage network solutions including: MPLS and VPN configurations (Multi-VRF/IPsec), WAN/LAN architecture and wireless networks (AC/AP), Firewall configuration and management Troubleshoot advanced network issues (routing, switching, VoIP) Deploy and maintain: Windows/Linux server environments, Virtualization platforms, Storage solutions and backup systems, VoIP and video conference systems. Implement and manage: Endpoint protection solutions (antivirus/encryption), Patch management systems, Two-factor authentication infrastructure.
