You will provide Level 1 proximity support for general end-user technology, alongside enhanced Level 1 and Level 2 hardware support for industrial, production, warehouse and logistics environments. The role will be primarily based in Goole with occasional travel to Northallerton, with travel between the two sites typically required one day per week. You will act as the local technical point of contact when issues cannot be resolved remotely by the central Service Desk.
