Troubleshoot incidents, determine root causes, apply fixes, document issues, and implement preventive measures. Lead server projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Communicate IT initiatives, priorities, and progress to key stakeholders, fostering collaboration between IT and other business units.Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on cloud platforms. Knowledge of NAS and SAN storage technologies. Expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms. Strong understanding of Microsoft Server Technology and Hyper-V clustering.
