IT Endpoint Technician

An international scientific company is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Endpoint Technician to join their growing IT team based in Euston, London.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on hardware experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their career within IT support and infrastructure.The RoleYou will provide first-line desktop support and assist with the maintenance, configuration, deployment, and upgrading of IT hardware across the business. The role is heavily hardware-focused and involves supporting PCs, laptops, thin clients, printers, and mobile devices.Key responsibilities include: Performing hardware upgrades and repairs on PCs and laptopsDeploying and configuring new IT equipmentManaging and resolving IT helpdesk ticketsSupporting users with desktop and endpoint issuesAssisting with system maintenance and patchingSetting up user accounts and supporting Active Directory tasksVisiting other company sites when requiredSupporting wider IT projects and infrastructure activities What We re Looking For Good hands-on hardware experience, including upgrading and replacing computer componentsIdeally at least 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role, although keen beginners will also be consideredEnthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learnStrong communication and teamwork skillsComfortable working in a physically demanding role involving moving and setting up equipmentGood knowledge of Microsoft ..... full job details .....
