This is a strategic leadership role requiring exceptional communication skills, the ability to motivate teams, and a strong track record of building high-performing global IT departments.The RoleYou will define and deliver the IT strategy, overseeing enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure to support business growth. You will lead a global team across multiple regions (e.g. UK, US, India, China), ensuring operational excellence, system reliability, and strong user adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the IT roadmap aligned to business goalsBuild, lead, and develop a global IT team, fostering performance and engagementOversee enterprise applications, including ERP (ideally NetSuite), integrations, and data flowsEnsure system stability, performance, and continuous improvementManage vendors, budgets, and external partners effectivelyDrive governance, compliance, and data management best practicesPartner with Finance, Operations, and leadership to deliver business valueIdentify strengths and development areas within the team to optimise performanceRequirements8-10+ years'' IT experience, with at least 5 years in leadership rolesProven experience managing global IT teams and environmentsExperience in multi-entity, ..... full job details .....
