Perform installation, training, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of desktop technology hardware and software.Assist with the setup and operation of audio-visual hardware as required by end-users.Determine appropriate hardware and software based on corporate policies and end-user requirements.Respond to incidents within SLA timelines, ensuring the right level of urgency and follow-up on all issues.Handle disconnection, relocation, and reconnection of desktop hardware for single, multi-user, and office moves.Roll out, deploy, and upgrade desktop devices using imaging tools such as
SCCM .Assist in administration and maintenance of technology infrastructure components.Provide support for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of office telephony systems.Maintain accurate hardware and software asset records.Use corporate incident management systems to log, track, and resolve support requests.Ideal Candidate
Strong technical troubleshooting skills with both hardware and software.Experience with desktop deployment tools (e.g.,
