This role sits within a highly regulated environment (manufacturing/laboratory setting) and requires someone comfortable working face-to-face with users, supporting business-critical systems and infrastructure. This is a practical, on-the-tools role - ideal for someone who enjoys being onsite, solving issues directly, and supporting a live operational environment. Key Responsibilities Provide 2nd line desktop and infrastructure supportDeliver face-to-face support to end users (including operational staff)Support:Windows OS installation and troubleshootingWindows Server environments (Apply online only Active Directory and user adminWSUS and patch managementAssist with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs)Support VMware, RDP, Citrix environmentsDeliver device rollouts, upgrades, and enterprise-wide deploymentsWork within a process-driven, regulated environment Required Skills 2-5+ years in IT Support / Desktop / Infrastructure rolesStrong 2nd line support capabilityExperience with:Windows OS and ServerActive DirectoryPatch management (WSUS)TCP/IP, DHCP, DNSVMware / Citrix / RDPStrong customer-facing skillsComfortable working fully onsite Nice to Have Experience ..... full job details .....
