You will have a full remit including overseeing hardware assets, improving the accuracy of the asset register and CMDB, and ensuring the information is useful to the teams delivering IT services. Responsibilities: Manage and improve the day-to-day asset and configuration management processes. Oversee hardware from purchase and deployment through return, replacement and disposal. Keep asset and configuration records accurate, including ownership, current status and links to IT services. Compare records in HaloITSM with information held in device management, purchasing, inventory, and supplier systems, and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
